On entering the lowest level, via the side entry or secure garage, you will find the crisp white laundry, containing both washer & drier.
A few steps up you'll find the 2 minor bedrooms, both are generous in size, one with its own king bed & the other with 2 single beds that are easily joined to create a third king if required.
These bedrooms share the stylish main bathroom with a large walk in shower & a separate powder room. Ascending the light filled staircase to the next level you will find the stunning parents retreat.
Located on its own floor, the main bathroom comes with a king bed, luxurious en suite with bath and access to your own private balcony.
Up to the top level you are swept away by the huge open plan design incorporating the kitchen, expansive living & dining area, again with reverse cycle A/C & large wall mounted flat screen.
