An amazing alfresco balcony area is where Red Robin Retreat distinguishes itself from the rest. Included is a formal outdoor kitchen with built in gas BBQ, bar & wine fridge, but the feature here is an amazing open wood fireplace, built into a stone clad chimney.

The main balcony also includes lounge seating & a timber outdoor table & chairs for alfresco dining. A second balcony also has outdoor lounges & table, which services two of the double bedrooms. The views from both balconies is a delight & a hot/cold outdoor shower is included near the laundry.

Also featured in this stunning residence is an activity room with seperate TV & DVD player, a private reading room, designed to take in the suns warming winter rays & a seperate shed/games room for the teens. Included here is a pooltable, table tennis, darts (for those allowed) & a TV & stereo.
