Sand & Sol has recently been purchased by new owners who have transformed this two bedroom, two bathroom villa into a warm and welcoming property that can suit a variety of needs.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with premium amenities like shampoo and body wash provided.

Bedroom two can be set up to best your needs. For small families, two single beds is an ideal configuration. Travelling with another couple? No problem we can set up the room with a king bed instead.

Both Bedrooms have their own reverse cycle air conditioner, bedside tables and table lamps, ceiling fans and curtains on the windows.

The open plan living/dining area boasts plenty of space to move. The kitchen features modern appliances, a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven & hotplate, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of crockery & cookware; allowing any budding chef to make a meal in a breeze.

Hoping to get out and explore the area? Your hosts have provided a picnic rug and basket so you can easily transport your treats to your destination.

Games a plenty are also provided to keep everyone entertained on those wetter days or later evenings.

The dining table will seat 4 guests, there are plenty of over head storage cupboards for all your supplies.

A brand new lounge awaits you to enjoy the beautiful view over the deck from the living area, as well as an arm chair for those wanting to snuggle up with a good book next to the fireplace. WiFi has also recently been installed to keep everyone online if needed.

The newly extended deck provides ample room for 4 guests to sit back and relax with your own BBQ to enjoy a meal outdoors.

This tranquil retreat is in a great location, bordering a Reserve & is just an easy walk through tree pathways to the heart of Dunsborough.
