Just 100m from the sparkling blue waters of Geographe Bay and a short stroll to Dunsborough town centre, 'The Bay' is located in the Dunn Bay Apartment Complex which provides an ideal location to explore surrounding beaches, wineries, walking trails and art galleries, or just sit back and relax in quality accommodation.
Spacious modern three bedroom two bathroom apartment will comfortably sleep 6 persons.
The apartment is split level, with the living areas downstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs. The apartment comprises of a master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a king bed which can be split into two singles if requested.
The 3rd floor now has 5 zone reverse cycle heating and cooling. All three beds and both bathrooms can be heated and cooled. Added to the aircon on the 2nd floor, the apartment is now fully reverse cycle air conditioned.
The living area is open plan, with a meals area, fully equipped designer galley kitchen and lounge/sitting area, which leads onto a balcony with outdoor setting.
Reverse cycle 5 zone ducted air-conditioning has been installed to bedrooms and bathrooms on the 3rd floor as - installed November 2022 There are ceiling fans in the living area and all three bedrooms.
