The ground floor comprises of three large bedrooms, two with a tri-bunk & a single bed each & one with a king bed. The beautifully appointed bathroom will make you feel like you are in any luxury five star resort, boasting a luxurious deep bath, double vanities, & large open shower.

The downstairs living area is ideal as a children's retreat or also would double as a private retreat for time out, a quiet read or yoga session. A table tennis table is great for a good game, plus the television area is perfect for the kids to have their own space & you to have yours. Large glass sliding doors & windows lead to a wooden deck that looks out to a lovely grassed lawn area surrounded by landscaped picturesque gardens, this is the ideal place for a small gathering or children's play area.

Upstairs enjoy the beautiful vistas from the floor to ceiling windows and glass doors that also allow the natural light to flood through the extremely spacious open plan living and kitchen area and main bedroom.

The lounge suite is super comfy & can accommodate up to 8 guests, there's a flat screen TV, stereo & DVD player. The huge living area opens to the large alfresco entertaining deck that's the perfect place to be on those warm summer afternoons and evenings. The large outdoor table accommodates 8 people plus there's a large daybed to relax in and take in the wonderful vistas of the Bay.

The kitchen is contemporary with all the top of the range stainless steel appliances, loads of bench space including island breakfast bench & stools, soft touch drawers, and you can entertain in style on the dining suite that can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The master bedroom is luxurious with a King bed and opens up via large glass doors to the large deck & boasts views over the treetops. The ensuite features a large basin & a double size shower.

A separate entrance alcove will allow you store your surfboards, and other toys securely, and the yard is fully enclosed with a carport, and for extra security and peace of mind, when the children are playing outside.
