Also located upstairs is the large open games room with pool table, kitchenette including bar fridge for convenience. With reverse cycle air conditioning cassette unit in the upstairs ceiling and downstairs an open gas fireplace, comfort is guaranteed year round.

Downstairs has the main living areas, kitchen including dishwasher and double fridge/freezer looking past the dining area to the outside deck, manicured gardens, built in BBQ and fully enclosed backyard with a gate leading you directly onto the golf course and just 200m to the Club House.
