Pelican Cottage offers an ideal setting for either a fun family holiday. Perfectly positioned, within metres of a child friendly beach and only a short stroll from Dunsborough's trendy cafes and shops, this is the ideal place to put your feet up and relax!
Ride you bicycle or walk on the paths along the beach front either into town or out to the Meelup Beach walk trail.
Relax in the private court yard, reading a good book or the newspaper whilst considering which winery or tourist attraction you have may visit.
The cottage is fully self-contained, comfortably furnished, features an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, air-conditioning in the main living area, pedestal fans in the bedrooms.
There are two bedrooms located downstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite, the second bedroom with twin single beds has the main bathroom and separate powder room.
