The upper level consists of kitchen, dining, powder room and spacious living area, the dining and living area are separated by the central staircase and striking stained glass window. There are separate reverse cycle air conditioning units in the Kitchen and lounge area.
Sliding doors lead you out to the alfresco deck that has large outdoor table and chairs, two sun lounges, and gas BBQ.
Sit back and relax in the living area, read a great book, browse a current magazine, watch your favourite TV shows either on Free to Air, or stream from your own streaming service ie Netflix, Stan as there is a 'Google Chrome' dongle, and Wi-Fi for guest use. There is also a Blu Ray player if you choose to bring your own DVD/Blu Ray collections with you.
A spacious Master Bedroom is also located on the upper level overlooking the back yard, the bedroom has a reverse cycle air conditioner, queen bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD player and ensuite
The ground floor comprises three bedrooms each with their own reverse cycle air-conditioner, spacious queen bedroom with a semi-ensuite, two minor bedrooms one with set single bunk beds, the other with a set of bunk beds, & a single bed with a trundle. These downs stairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with separate bath, shower and vanity. The washing machine and dryer are also neatly tucked away in the main bathroom.
The ground floor living area is ideal, with a pool table that can be converted to a table tennis table, Flat Screen TV, DVD Player and comfortable couches and reverse cycle air-conditioning. This space is great for relaxing watching TV, reading a book or a fun game of pool or ping pong.
