Family integrating is easy in the downstairs open plan living, kitchen & dining zones. The lounge comprises of a flat screen television, DVD player, stereo, while the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove top & oven.

Reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs main living area & upstairs Master Bedroom will keep you cool in summer & warm in winter.

The downstairs bedrooms are double size, one with 2 king single beds and a trundle & the other with a queen bed, both rooms have built in robes and share the main bathroom that features a separate bath and shower. The laundry is fully equipped with washing machine & dryer.
