Beautifully decorated and appointed, guests will enjoy the spacious open plan upstairs living that opens out onto the covered outdoor balcony. From here it is all about the views with a sweeping panorama across the sparkling waters of Geographe Bay and the tall native trees.

Seaview is located high on the hill in Old Dunsborough with very little traffic and no houses on the beach side of quiet Smith Street. A short stroll will take you to the beautiful & protected swimming beaches & picnic areas of Dunsborough and the walking and cycling trails of Meelup Reserve, whilst the Dunsborough Country Club is just up the road offering golf, tennis or bowls.

The property is set up perfectly for families or groups of friends with ample space for everyone to relax.

The upstairs living and 10 seater dining area have reverse cycle air conditioning for year round comfort, whilst floor to ceiling glass allows the north-eastern sun to filter through from the spacious alfresco deck with its outdoor dining-area, seating up to 12, with views beyond. The chef of the family is well catered for with a large, well-appointed kitchen, plenty of bench space and a separate balcony for barbecuing, with a service window to the kitchen for convenience.

Also upstairs is the main bedroom & ensuite (with shower and bath) with sliding doors that provide personal access onto a smaller balcony and those amazing views. Here you will be able to enjoy the morning paper and coffee, lounging on the comfy outdoor lounge chairs, luxuriating in everything Old Dunsborough has to offer. A separate toilet with washbasin also services guests whilst upstairs.

The three remaining large bedrooms are located downstairs, along with a TV room perfect for the kids, of all ages, to relax and unwind enjoying a DVD to see out the day. The second bathroom is also located here, with a bath, shower, and separate toilet as well as a laundry offering a washer and dryer for your benefit.

Sliding doors lead out to the rear fully enclosed yard with gates to allow you to store your bikes, canoes etc securely, whilst an outdoor shower lets you wash away the sand from your outdoor pursuits.
