The large open plan living area, entertaining alfresco, lap pool & upstairs balcony will ensure you enjoy languorous days captivated by the beautiful views and in the balmy summer evenings there's an abundance of room to entertain friends.

Floor to ceiling windows and glass doors allows the natural light and ocean and park views to flood through to all the front rooms abutting the North facing home. The doors open completely where the outside seems to blend with in, and overlooks the alfresco with outdoor BBQ, large 8 seater table & chairs, plunge pool and spa bath.

The kitchen is contemporary offering loads of bench space for meal preparation, ample storage and quality stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, electric cooktop, oven, microwave and a large fridge/freezer for all the holiday supplies.

A theatre room down the hall is the perfect place for time out, upstairs comprises a master bedroom that boasts its own ensuite and balcony.
