High in the hills with 180 degree vistas over the water of Geographe Bay all the way to the lights of Bunbury, and just a 10 minute walk to Central Dunsborough.
The property itself is exceptional, with 2 orchards extensive uninterrupted bush-lands surrounding the picturesque pool/spa and waterfall directly overlooking the waters of the Bay. This property reads more like a resort and has been designed accordingly.
Inside this four bedroom, four bathroom home the interior is impeccable. The massive living area is the hub of the home, taking centre stage is the huge three way open fireplace.
A picturesque atrium is off from the kitchen and this takes to the two minor bedrooms, if you can call them minor. Each bedroom is extremely spacious, containing they're own ensuite and finished in the same earth tones of the main house.
