The residence includes a main house, additional activity/theatre area with loft bedroom & separate self contained studio creating in total 5 spacious bedrooms & 3 luxurious bathrooms.
The Main House features: beautiful timber floors throughout; magnificent huge dining suite; functional fully self contained kitchen; plus a separate lounge room. Huge picture windows & glass sliding compactable doors allow the light to fill the rooms & maximise the bush vistas. Three spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with walk in robe & its own resort style ensuite with his & hers basins & walk in shower plus spa bath & two minor bedrooms, one with twin beds, both with access to a rear deck & share the main bathroom with large walk in shower. A fully self-contained laundry is ideal for long stays.
A Separate Wing incorporates an activity/theatre room, flat screen TV with super comfy lounge suite & an upstairs loft comprising the extra bedroom with queen bed & reverse cycle air conditioning.
The Studio features: a spacious open plan lounge / bedroom zone with access to a private alfresco are that is completely separated from the main courtyard, creating plenty of privacy for guests. A kitchenette area, is separated from the main living zone & the ensuite is extra luxurious with double vanities & huge walk in shower that overlooks the bushland & beyond.
The Entertaining/Relaxing Zone features beautiful bush & vineyard vistas & boasts a stainless steel BBQ; huge outdoor dining table; undercover alfresco with own outdoor sofa & comfy cushions; & another daybed overlooking the delightful in-ground pool.
