This stylish new holiday home is set on 5 acres in Rural Yallingup offering private and secluded accommodation perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway.
Relax in the outdoor area with a bottle of wine or cold beer and enjoy watching your friends or family playing a game of tennis or the local kangaroos and bird life as they feed or pass by.
The house has a contemporary design with an open planned living and kitchen area with fully retractable sliding doors which open out onto a large outdoor area where you can totally relax and enjoy your surrounds. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: 2 with queen beds and 2 with single beds (2 and 1). The 4th bedroom doubles up as an activity room with a couch and TV/DVD player. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-in-robe. The house also has full laundry facilities.
There is a tennis court basketball hoop, BBQ, and outdoor shower set in private landscaped gardens and bush.
