The Cubby
36 Peppermint Drive is an architect designed, passive solar, cedar north facing residence located a minute's walk to the beach offering safe swimming, boating and fishing, together with a children's park playground.
Ideal for families, this very restful and airy house is set amongst the peppermint trees.
It is built in two pods, linked by a glass walkway and can easily accommodate two families. Delightful gardens surround the home.
